Are you a passionate and talented Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in a renowned countryside retreat? We are seeking a dedicated chef to join the brigade at a highly regarded hotel & spa, set in the stunning Devon countryside.

The Role:

  • Work alongside an experienced Head Chef in a high-quality, fresh food kitchen.
  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring standards and consistency
  • Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following hygiene standards

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
