Recruitzy Membership Terms

Membership

1 Only recruitment companies, and dedicated suppliers to recruitment companies may become members; no direct employers will be permitted a membership account. You have to be trading as a recruitment agency, executive search or temps recruitment agency. And registered at companies house with the relevant sic code if you are a Limited company.

Membership Fees

2 For the first 100 members, the membership fee is £300 plus VAT per year to recognise their early adoption of the service; this is paid as a single fee. Following payment, your account will be activated.
2.1 Membership fees for members 101 onwards is £480 plus VAT per year; this is paid as a single fee. Following payment, your account will be activated.
2.2 Membership fees are non-refundable.
2.3 Membership fees will be reviewed annually, but any increase in fees will be voted on by the membership. Majority vote rules.
2.4 Memberships will auto-renew; unless members give 30 days' notice before their annual renewal date.

3 Membership Job Posting Rules

3.1 Recruitzy members agree to post only live jobs.
3.2 Recruitzy members agree to meet all advertising laws governing job posts.
3.3 Recruitzy members agree not to post jobs that a discriminatory in any form.

Membership Termination

4 The membership renews annually if you wish your membership to end, you need to cancel the membership 30 days or more from the date your membership started.

4.1 Members need to be polite to our staff, any act of aggression towards our staff members will result in the termination of your membership, and no refunds of the membership will be given.

4.2 Members will be terminated for any breach of Job Posting rules, and no refunds of the membership will be given.
