We are working with a stunning, independently owned boutique hotel set in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside to recruit a talented and passionate Head Chef.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Head Chef who is looking to make their mark at a well-established and highly regarded property. The venue offers a refined yet relaxed dining experience, showcasing the best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on sustainability and provenance.

The ideal candidate:

  • A proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
  • Passionate about seasonality, sustainability, and flavour
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a small team
  • Experience in a similar high-quality, fresh food environment (boutique hotel or destination restaurant preferred)
  • Calm, organised and quality-focused
