Job Description: As a Communication and Engagement Manager in Identity and Access Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing internal and external communication channels and fostering engagement with key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives and promote a positive organizational culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for building meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create comprehensive communication plans that support IAM goals and enhance IAM Product and Service awareness. Identify target audiences, messaging frameworks, and communication channels to effectively reach stakeholders. 2. Internal Communication: Facilitate transparent and effective communication within the organization. Produce internal newsletters, announcements, and updates about IAM initiatives and Products. Create IAM artefacts to enable self-service capabilities such as playbooks and documentation. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders to build strong relationships and gather feedback. Develop communication strategies to enhance client satisfaction, increase customer feedback loop and promote IAM. 4. Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content, including articles, blog posts, case studies, and presentations. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and tone of voice. 5. Performance Measurement: Track and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and the effectiveness of documentation. Utilize data insights to refine strategies, optimize messaging, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (Master's degree preferred). * Proven experience in a communication or engagement role, preferably within the technology, security or banking industry. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. * Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute communication plans that drive results. * Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation. * Proficiency in digital communication tools and content management systems.
