Corporate Receptionist
Mon - Thur (4 days per week)
£28,000

The Client:-
Is a leading global provider of insurance and reinsurance and are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join the dynamic London team.

The Role:-
  • Answer and screen calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet visitors, professionally with a welcoming and positive attitude.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all staff, providing support and information
  • Coordinate the meeting room schedule and ensure special requirements in terms of setup and equipment are met.
  • Replenish stock of all office stationary supplies.
  • Ensure visitor lounge and reception areas are kept tidy and clean.
  • Support with projects as needed.
  • Check mail and disperse/scan accordingly.
  • Prepare outgoing courier packages and monitor for delivery.
  • Liaise with catering for internal/external meetings.
  • Carrying out bi-weekly housekeeping inspections and maintain the First Aid box.
  • Travel booking of flights, rail, car transfers and hotel bookings.
  • Processing Expenses for staff up to SVP level.
  • Archiving of documentation no longer required on site.
  • Keep accurate reports on visitor badge requests for audit purposes.
  • Assist in the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Report maintenance issues to building maintenance team.

Experience:-
A minimum of 2 years reception and office administration experience in a professional environment.
