Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Are you a keen to oversee a production and manufacturing team?
We are currently working with a leading timber frame manufacturer who are looking a production manager to join their team and help manage a fast-paced environment with staff management and Production output/quality.
Your experience working as a Production Manager within the off-site construction sector (timber frame, engineered timber or modular) would be highly advantageous, however, we are open to talking to people from a range of different sectors as training will be provided.
Your responsibilities as a Production Manager:
- Implement robust operations quality processes
- Lead and manage a large production team, offering training and guidance
- Quality Control
- Ensuring H&S across the factory
- Stakeholder management
- Oversee stock management
- Continuous improvement, sharing best practices across all sites
We would welcome conversations with Production Managers who have:
- Management experience
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience across Timber frame, timber roof truss and joists or modular
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
What you will receive:
