Are you a Senior Revit Technician looking to step into a management position?
We are collaborating with one of the pioneering Certified B Corporations in the modular construction industry, who are seeking a dedicated Senior Revit Technician to join their team. This company is at the forefront of sustainability and innovation, providing both private and social housing solutions.
As a Senior Revit Technician, you will:
- Providing key input at Tender, Design for Construction and Module Delivery.
- Managing the Production Design Team, monitoring and planning workload, output, quality and talent development.
- Producing accurate and precise DfMA drawings.
- Working closely with the Production Team.
- Leading on the Quality Assurance and document control for the output of the Department.
- Review of supplier quotations, checking for accuracy and compliance.
- Spearheading compliance with Building Regulations.
What we are looking for:
- Degree-level qualification in Architecture, or similar.
- Proficiency in the use Autodesk Revit.
- Experience of working from RIBA Stage 2 - 6.
- Knowledge of offsite, timber or modular, is desirable.
