Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Tooting
Salary: £250 - £320 per day

Are you an experienced site manager with experience on external envelope systems?
Do you want to work on an exciting new build modular project?
I am currently on the lookout for an experienced site manager to join an exciting modular contractor building a new build modular hospital extension. You will be working very closely with a seasoned site manager, with your job to take the lead on everything external and QA. You will be overseeing the logistics, fire escapes and QA, roofing, cladding and all things outside whilst the other site manager will be overseeing all things internally.
This is a flagship for this business who are acting as the main contractor delivering the project which is due to run until April next year. The modules are due to arrive in the next couple of weeks with all groundworks and foundations being complete so they're after someone who can really get stuck in straight away.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all external and building envelope packages
- Be the lead in overseeing fire safety and fire escape routes
- Organise and schedule all logistics on site
- Work in tandem with the internals site manager to successfully deliver the project to high standards
- Oversee and ensure health and safety is being adhered to
- Assist in quality control and implementing necessary procedures

- Excellent IT and communication skills
- CSCS, SSSTS, First Aid
