You're great at administration, maybe you've held a PA-type role and are looking for something where there's the ability to have your work hours fit around your life.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, there's likely a work pattern that can be accommodated because this is a newly created position, supporting the company's Managing Director mainly.

This is a professional services business, relied upon by customers to provide excellent service.

You'll be responsible for controlling a busy diary, attending meetings and taking notes, typing them up and then actioning the key points raised. This means regular communication with internal staff and with customers.

You'll work in a light, bright, open-plan environment, initially 100% in the office. But if you're working to a five-day-a-week pattern, after a six-month probationary period, you'll be able to do a day at home. There are about 25 people employed by the company.
