SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Herne Bay
Salary: OTE £30k-£35k
Position: Full Time
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their established, successful family run Estate Agency based in the Herne Bay (North Kent coast) area.
The ideal candidate should have some experience as a Sales Negotiator, be well-presented, well-spoken, articulate and have a genuine interest in becoming or progressing their career as an Estate agent.
Whilst previous experience in estate agency is ideal, the company may alternatively consider transferable skills from a similar occupation including Telesales or customer services roles, but demonstrating the right work ethic and attitude will be important considerations.
A local candidate with their own car and good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience as Sales Negotiator preferred
- A sales/customer service background.
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Herne Bay area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
