A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager this Supply Chain Analyst will be working across the Supply Chain Function to provide effective support for key activities to include Stock Management, Sales Order Despatching and 3PL Management

Supply Chain Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Ensure stock management processes are working and find the route cause of any reoccurring failures.
  • Manage the call back of raw materials from all third-party storage facilities.
  • Build & develop relationships with key members of the Warehouse team, to support maintaining high stock accuracy across all sites.
  • Analyse stocks weekly, to identify any problematic areas.
  • Maintenance of product master data, including new product set up and delist
  • Proactively resolve any reoccurring issues with the existing automated pick and despatch process.
  • Ensure that the 3PL KPI pack captures all delivery failures, and analyse any trends in delivery issues
  • Develop a base line forecasting tool in excel (based on historical sales), to act as a starting point for the commercial team’s forecasting process.
  • Review the forecast accuracy and pull together monthly reports as part of the S&OP process.
  • Create a weekly forecast exception tool, to highlight any potential forecast amendments to the necessary team.

You will be a Supply Chain analyst / Supply Chain Coordinator used to working in a fast paced, FMCG Manufacturing environment. This role will require a high degree of computer literacy.
