Associate Process Engineer

Due to continued growth, exciting opportunities have arisen for Associate Process Engineer, to join a Global Design Engineering Company on a contract basis. This role will be based in an office location near to your location, flexible, Inside of Scope of IR35, 6 months contract and at 40 hours a week.

As an Associate Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the design and development of process engineering solutions for various projects. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality process designs that meet client requirements and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting process simulations, preparing process flow diagrams (PFDs), and assisting in the development of process engineering deliverables. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions and contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception through to commissioning.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Assist in conducting process simulations and preparing PFDs and other process engineering documents.
  • Support the development and optimization of process designs in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate process solutions into overall project designs.
  • Contribute to technical reports, specifications, and other project deliverables.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to project teams as required.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of process engineering work.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to conduct process simulations and analyze data to optimize process designs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
