Job Description
Our client is looking for a Project Engineer to join their Asset Management department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and execute class I & II Capex projects, contributing to the construction and modification of physical assets at their terminals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute technical projects assigned by the Asset Manager.
- Prepare project details, scope engineering documents, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate procurement and contracting of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.
- Commission and close projects, ensuring timely completion of as-built files.
- Lead change processes for project scope adjustments.
- Provide technical and management support on multi-disciplinary engineering works.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, EIA, Civil, or related field.
- Proven track record in project engineering/management.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, CFR).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a terminal or related industry.
- Fluency in English and local terminal language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and planning software (e.g., MS Projects, Oracle Primavera, Autocad).
