Job Description
We are looking for a Development Portfolio Client Lead to assist a Local Authority with leading the development of their housing schemes. This is a hybrid permanent position based in North London.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generate revenue from housing schemes over a sustained period of time
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with senior members of staff from difference departments, including Assistant Directors
- Manage portfolio projects from inception to occupation
Candidate requirements:
- RICS qualification, or other relevant qualification
- Experience of working within a similar role previously, preferably working for another Local Authority or Public Sector organisation
- PRINCE 2, or equivalent qualification
