Business Development Associate – FMCG
Central London – Hybrid (3 days WFH) – Salary up to £40k + Bonus, pension contribution and company benefits.

What are your responsibilities:
- Supporting sales team during exciting expansion in Germany and the rest of the DACH region.
- Generating new leads and dispatching price quotes to customers, coordinating directly with the Product Management team.
- Overseeing customer inquiries and orders while working closely with the internal commercial, logistics and quality departments.
- Inputting, confirming and overseeing the full process of purchasing orders.
- Handling product and sample distribution between warehouses and existing or new customers.
What is your skill set:
- Fluency in English and German is required, including excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Essential experience in a similar support/admin or commercial role.
- Proficiency and knowledge of any ERP and CRM systems.
- Fantastic commitment to customer service, as you would be one of the main points of contact with internal and external customers.
