Job Title: Internal Account Manager
Location: Troon, Ayrshire
Salary: £28,000

Join our client's team in Troon as an Internal Account Manager and take your career to the next level.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic professional who excels in managing customer relationships and driving sales.
You can either have prior experience within an account management role, Inside Sales or Internal Sales role or trainee's will also be consider. You just need to have a passion for customers, drive and ambition.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with an established customer base (70%)
- New business sales conducted over the phone (30%)
- Build relationships with key customers
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets.
- Manage the CRM and ERP system for order processing
- Coordinate sales requirements with the production department to ensure smooth operations.
- Responds and resolve to customer queries and issues
- Perform general day-to-day office administration tasks
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferred).
- Experience in account management and sales preferred
