Job Description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to lead a Local Authority’s TUPE transfer of staff. This role is based in Cheshire, so may be of interest to candidates based in or around this area.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-      Take leadership in HR services, such as TUPE

-      Ensure the Senior Management team receives HR advice effectively and efficiently

-      Contribute to the development of new policies as well as updating current policies and procedures

-      Ensure effective training is delivered


Candidate requirements:

-      CIPD qualification

-      Experience of working within a similar role previously, preferably within a Local Government framework
