Position: Vehicle Technician
Type of Role: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 per annum with on-target earnings (OTE) between £38,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis

Introduction:
Venatu Recruitment Group has the pleasure of partnering with a leading automotive retailer with a well-established presence in Stratford-upon-Avon. They are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, including thorough inspections of components for wear and tear, meticulously documenting all findings.
- Diagnose and rectify faults by testing potentially defective parts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to prepare and maintain new, used, and loan vehicles.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning with fellow workshop team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, or MOT Tester. Experience from various automotive settings (e.g., independent garages, fast-fit centres, car supermarkets, main dealers) is welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality work with a strong understanding of technical aspects.
- Prior experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership sector is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
*** Ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance, City Guilds, or other equivalent qualification***
