THE ROLE:
- Provide internal helpdesk support for all software and hardware queries from users
- Setting up and configuration of new desktops and laptops
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues
- Installation and distribution of software and operating system updates
- Expert knowledge of in-house IT systems and software
- Knowledge of specialised accounting / taxation software
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an IT Support Analyst, ideally a within financial services environment
- Actively keeping up to date with emerging technology
