Project Manager with business change experience Location : Remote with occasional travel to client sites Inside IR35 Duration : 6 months + We need someone with experience in managing business changes with HR teams e.g. change of processes and procedures with different countries and managing change teams to land workforce enablement (upskilling of teams on the new technologies e.g. HR SuccessFactors via the change and adoption teams and communications. We are looking for candidates that show having: 1. Strong Senior PM skills , with global delivery experience 2. Experience in managing business change and adoption teams (HR teams) to land new processes (SOPs) and upskilling of change of toolset - managing change teams in each country. 3.
