Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of mechanical engineering projects, including design, specification, and tendering.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met within time and budget constraints.
- Actively support day-to-day maintenance activities, providing expert mechanical engineering advice for repairs and managing mechanical contractors.
- Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of construction management or building services.
- HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in construction management or building services.
- Proven track record in managing M&E projects, from design and specification to delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
