Location: Swanley, BR8
Salary: £11.44 ph
Position: Permanent – Weekend Guide
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established, dynamic Independent Estate Agency with offices across the Kent area as a weekend Viewing Guide
The role will involve meeting and greeting potential home buyers, showing them around local properties and ensuring that each property shown to the best advantage. You will provide them with precise knowledge about the property and the local area, which the company will provide you with.
The ideal candidate will be a local person with strong links to the local community and will have previous experience in agency (however this not essential and the company may consider a local person with transferable skills and the right attitude).
You will have face to face customer service experience, have impeccable time keeping, professional appearance coupled with faultless communication skills.
This is a flexible part-time role working every Saturday and/or Sunday.
Skills: The skills required for this Weekend Guide (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency or customer facing experience beneficial
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- Punctual
- Extremely customer focused
- A professional approach
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license and car owner required
