LETTINGS MANAGER (MATERNITY COVER) – Residential Lettings
Location: Horsham, RH12
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Maternity Cover
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in further developing a career with a market leading Lettings Agency. Initially on a Maternity cover contract, there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.
This is a great chance to join a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand with offices in the Horsham area and the opportunity to run the Lettings Office and team.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder, and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.
Previous experience at management level and having supervisory skills would be ideal.
An ARLA qualification is desirable and you must have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation.
The skills required for this Lettings Manager (Maternity Cover) role will include:
- Previous experience in as Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
- ARLA qualified preferable or willing to work towards it
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license and car owner required
- Local knowledge of the Horsham area is preferred
