Location: Horsham, RH12
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator or someone who is looking to develop their career in lettings to join a market leading Independent Estate & Lettings Agent in the Horsham area.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous Lettings Agency lettings experience
- Excellent sales ability
- Good telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Ambitious and Self-Motivated
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Local knowledge of the Horsham area preferred
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
