Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an independent Estate Agency in the Kingston area and be part of a truly exceptional team of dynamic, customer focused and highly motivated professional people.
The right candidate will be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about estate agency and lettings and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your sales ability.
This role would be best suited to a proactive and driven individual looking to develop a successful Lettings career in a highly supportive environment.
Skills: The skills required for thisLettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Outstanding communication skills
- Impeccable presentation and delivery
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Local knowledge of the Kingston area helpful
- Full UK driving license & car owner
