LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Residential Estate Agency
Location: Earls Court, SW5
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent - Full Time
This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator at an independent Estate Agency in the Earls Court area.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered.
You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experience in Residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- Thorough knowledge of the lettings process
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Earls Court area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
