Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Salary: £300 - £350 per day
Location: London
 Sector: Modular Construction

  • Are you an experienced MEP Project manager who's been involved in the integration of MEP systems on highly technical builds?
  • Are you interested in joining an innovative, international healthcare provider?

I am looking to speak to experienced MEP project manager to join an expanding modular healthcare specialist who due to growth, are on the lookout to expand on the team. They are a market leader in providing offsite solutions to the healthcare space. Not only this but they can also support in offering clinical teams and equipment.

You will primarily be working on a flagship project based near Tooting that will run until June 2025 but occasional travel to their factory and other sites may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC aspects of construction projects.
  • Managing the integration of MEPH systems on time and within budgets.
  • Manage the commissioning of all systems to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Liaising with a range of different stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks related to MEPH systems and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee MEPH system designs and implementation to accommodate bespoke projects

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience of delivery large healthcare projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Full drivers licence, passport and CSCS
  • Relevant construction related degree
