Job Title: Head Of Project Delivery
Salary: £80,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance
Location: National
Sector: Modular Construction
Are you an experienced manager with a background in leading teams of project managers?
Do you want to work for a large modular construction contractor delivering projects across the UK?
We have been exclusively appointed to speak to experienced managers within the modular construction sector to join the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for leading a team of regional project managers, ensuring that projects are being delivered on time, on budget and on programme.
This is an instrumental role that will help drive strategic initiatives alongside optimising processes to ensure a continuous improvement culture is met through out the delivery team.
As Head Of Project Delivery you can expect to:
- Lead & mentor a team of regional project managers
- Implement strategies to optimise processes
- Ensure that all H&S compliance is met
- Coordinate resource allocation across the business
- Managing and developing build supplier relationships
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Have a background in managing large project management teams
- Possess the ability to travel to different depots and sites across the country
- Hold strong communication skills across all levels
- Can demonstrate a background in continuous improvement
- Have strong IT Skills
