Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car

- This national modular contractor is seeking a new PM to cover the southern region
You will be joining a well established and recognised provider of modular building solutions. You can expect to work on new build modular projects across Retail, Education, Healthcare and Leisure sectors. With over 20 years trading you can expect to work alongside skilled colleagues with well-defined working processes.
We are seeking conversations with candidates who have experience of managing new build modular installations with the ability to travel across the southern region to visit projects as required.
The role:
- Site Surveys & Planning: Conduct initial site surveys to assess project feasibility, risks, and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocations.
- Coordination & Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Coordinate with Operations Teams at each depot to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Supplier Management: Engage and manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate potential hazards.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide regular updates and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to overcome challenges that may arise during project delivery.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction and modular building industries
- Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the Northern Region as required
