Job Description
Associate Director - residential and mixed use
Circa £65,000
EC London
We’re partnering with a London based architecture practice, a medium-sized company known for its expertise in medium to large-scale residential mixed-use projects. They are currently looking to fill a key position within their team.
This company handles a diverse range of projects, from medium to large scale multi-unit residential. They are a design-focused commercial practice that works with clients across all RIBA stages. While their core strength lies in residential mixed use projects, they’ve also successfully worked on commercial projects and are keen to expand in this sector moving forward.
Our client has requested discretion in this search, so I’m limited in the details I can share here. However, having previously worked with them on other opportunities, I can confidently vouch for their excellent reputation and strong appeal to job seekers.
They are seeking a well-rounded professional who is both client-facing and technically skilled. Proficiency in Revit is highly valued, as the firm fosters a collaborative environment where even the senior team members are proficient in revit. You will not be working in revit on a daily basis, but will have come through the ranks on revit and be able to lead by example.
This role comes with significant responsibility, so strong communication and team leadership skills are essential. Whether you're currently at the Associate level and seeking that next step, or feel underpaid and ready for a move that will propel your career forward, this is a rare and exciting opportunity within a highly respected firm to further your career in a strategic role.
Rest assured that all documents and discussions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
