Are you an experienced manufacturing manager with a background in timber frame production?
Would you enjoy working as part of a large group delivering timber frame units across Ireland & UK?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience plant manager to join a business delivering timber frame units across both Ireland & the UK. Your background in timber frame manufacturing will be essential as you will be expected to develop production plans to maximise the return to the business from the timber frame processes, working very closely with all departments including design & site delivery teams.
We would welcome conversations with Plant Managers who:
- Have a solid background in timber frame or modular manufacturing
- Can communicate across all levels of the business
- Will & have, formed strong relationships with supervisors and managers
- Possess an understanding of driving efficiency's at all levels
- Hold a qualification in either engineering, operations, manufacturing any other related field
As Plant Manager you will:
- Drive standardisation of approaches, practices and reporting across the business
- Develop plans to maximise return
- Lead and develop teams of supervisors and managers
- Monitor performance in line with set KPI'S
- Implement a pattern of meetings to ensure the delivery of the plan
- Oversee operations across planning, design, production & site erection
