Floor Manager/ Host
34K- 38K Annually
Starting as Immediately as Possible
6 month temporary position
Based in the City of London
 
The Client
My client is an investment company based in the City of London and they are looking for a Floor Manager/ Host to join their team temporarily with the potential to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance in your career and join an innovative company. You will be responsible for a wide- range of duties in the business and be the first point of contact in this area of the business.
 
The Role
  • Controlling the main floor area in Reception where events/ meetings and company meetings will take place
  • Temporary for 6 months with potential to be extended
  • Salary: £34K- £38K annually
  • Be one of the first points of contact and host when visitors and clients come through and be able to give them the highest level of customer service possible
  • Floor checks and troubleshoot any issues you find across the office
  • Be the main point of contact for all members of staff with requests
  • Looking after the events and ensuring the smooth running (both for internal staff and when external employees)

The Person

To apply for this role you must have strong experience in an Reception, Events, Facilities and Office Manager role. You have to be a proactive worker and have worked in a customer-facing role. You must also be able to start as immediately as possible.
