Key Responsibilities Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Electrical Installation in line with the national curriculum.
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications, providing feedback, and assessing their progress.
- Develop and maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with college policies.
- Create lesson plans and schemes of work tailored to student needs, ensuring practical skills and theoretical knowledge are well-balanced.
- Provide one-to-one and group support, mentoring students to ensure academic and personal development.
- Stay updated with industry standards, changes in regulations, and advancements in technology.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the course.
Essential Requirements Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher:
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Knowledge in Electrical Installation
- Previous teaching experience in an FE setting or Secondary Setting ideally as Electrical Installation Lecturer/Teacher
- Ability to engage and motivate students from a variety of backgrounds.
- A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching.
