Job Title: Customer Service/ Warehouse Assistant

£11.80 Per hour.
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse, including sorting, packing, and labelling.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks in a warehouse setting.
Education:
No specific educational requirements.
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service or warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting of heavy objects may be required.
