Your Role:
As our new Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the company's financial stability by:
- Managing and maintaining the sales ledger
- Chasing outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections
- Building strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment
- Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
- Preparing detailed credit reports and analyses for management
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
