Customer Service Advisor

Wakefield

£12.10 per hour

Temporary to Permanent

 

Venatu Recruitment at proud to be working with our key client to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant, growing and market leading organisation on a Temp to Perm basis.

 

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a team tasked with creating a positive customer journey through their interaction with the business.

Predominantly handling inbound calls and e-mail enquiries, you will be responsible for managing the query in an efficient and effective manor.

Key duties will include but limited to:

  • Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries from outset to resolution
  • Accurately processing customer orders and details
  • Managing and updating the company CRM

The right person for this role will have natural communication skills and feel confident in liaising with people across a number of different mediums.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.  Key skills required are:

  • Confident communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Accurate with strong attention to detail

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm & 8am to 4pm Friday.
