Job Opportunity: Inbound Nights Warehouse Supervisor (Permanent Position)
Working Hours: 5 in 7, including Saturdays and Sundays 9pm to 6am
Hourly Rate: £25000 (+ £2.19 per hour extra for weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the accurate, safe, and timely selection of products.
- Oversee shift performance and ensure operational targets are met.
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded and dispatched on schedule.
- Lead, coach, and guide warehouse leads and operatives.
- Motivate your team by managing performance through KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth coordination.
- Enforce and uphold health and safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies.
- Manage personnel issues in conjunction with HR.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and operations.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
