Job Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor (Permanent Position)
Location: Outbound Department
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8am – 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: £25000 (+ £2.19 per hour extra for weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate, safe, and timely selection of products.
- Manage shift performance to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time.
- Coach and guide warehouse leads and operatives.
- Motivate and manage your team using performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with various departments for seamless coordination.
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
- Identify and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
- Handle personnel issues in partnership with HR.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Proven ability to manage a team of operatives.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
