Inbound Full-Time Warehouse FLM
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £33,500
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse FLM to lead our weekend operations, managing a team of 30 operatives to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in warehouse management, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 30 operatives to achieve daily targets.
- Oversee goods receipt, storage, and dispatch while optimising space and resources.
- Allocate workloads across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fostering a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, address discrepancies, and maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections for cleanliness and organisation.
- Provide KPI reports and performance updates to senior management.
- Handle personnel issues including lateness, disciplinaries, appraisals, and 1:1s.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Warehouse Management (essential).
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (essential).
- Proven track record of managing a team of 30 operatives.
- Experience handling personnel management tasks, including disciplinaries and appraisals.
- Experience in warehouse setups and process improvement (desirable).
