Job Opportunity: Part-Time or Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor (Nights)
Department: Inbound | Location: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
Are you looking for a rewarding supervisory role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our night operations on weekends, with the potential for full-time employment.
Position Details:
- Full-Time Salary: £33,500 per annum
- Part-Time Pay: £13.63 per hour
- Working Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM (Full-time applicants will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the safe, timely, and accurate selection of products.
- Manage shift performance, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded and dispatched according to schedule.
- Provide coaching and leadership to warehouse leads and operatives.
- Drive team performance through motivation and performance KPIs.
- Liaise with various departments to maintain seamless coordination.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Address personnel issues in conjunction with HR.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ideally possess a VNA or FLT CB license (or be willing to obtain one).
