Warehouse Supervisor - Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Hourly Rate: £11.44 & £2.19 per hour
Department: Outbound
Working Hours: 10 AM to 6:30 PM (Full-time applicants will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate, safe, and timely selection of products.
- Manage shift performance to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time.
- Provide coaching and guidance to warehouse leads and operatives.
- Motivate and manage the team through performance KPIs.
- Liaise with various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Uphold health and safety standards.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
- Handle personnel issues in collaboration with HR.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Solid understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Proven ability to manage a team of operatives.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
