Location: Wimbledon Village, SW19
Salary: £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly respected professional boutique Estate Agency with offices in Wimbledon Village are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator. You will be providing full office support, and ensuring the smooth running of the business at all times. The role is based in Wimbledon Village, SW19.
As the Branch Administrator it is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. A 'can do' attitude will be required as well as the ability to work in a team environment and a proven track record to build and maintain excellent relationships with Directors, Managers, Clients and Suppliers.
Previous and recent experience as an Office Manager / Administrator is essential and preferential consideration will be given to a candidates with estate agency experience.
Skills: The skills required for this Branch Administrator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in both lettings and sales administration
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Presentable and articulate communicator
- Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of property industry
