Our Clients are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paint Technician to join there dynamic team. As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for repainting accident-damaged vehicles to the highest standard. Your expertise will ensure that repairs are carried out accurately and efficiently, meeting insurance requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out timely and accurate repairs in line with estimates and insurance company guidelines, contributing to maximising labour sales in the Bodyshop.
- Prepare and paint vehicles to a high standard, minimising rework and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use all products economically to reduce waste and control costs.
- Complete all work within the agreed time scales.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed to a high standard.
- Adhere to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and company policies.
- Maintain compliance with Manufacturer and Insurer standards and requirements.
- Work effectively as part of the Bodyshop team and respond positively to requests from the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor.
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a qualified Paint Technician with a track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work within agreed timeframes while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- Flexible working hours will be considered.
