Job Description
We are looking for an End User Device (EUD) Engineer to work with a Local Police Force based in Hampshire. The role is office based and will involve working in various locations.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the customer experience meets expectations and there are limited disruptions
- Troubleshoot any incidents
- Support senior EUD engineers with projects, documentation, events and other tasks
- Investigate service improvements
Candidate requirements:
- Windows 10 and ICT operational delivery experience
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
