We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a Digital Engineering team, working alongside the Digital Engineering Programme Manager. You will be responsible for delivering a range of high-impact digital engineering projects, driven by prioritised business needs. The role involves overseeing the delivery of digital capabilities and supporting business change and transition through to operational service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage a diverse portfolio of digital engineering projects from initiation to operational service, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Guide stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects
- Communication: Foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, using excellent negotiation skills to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain a task-based project plan, effectively managing resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or develop into critical issues.
- Programme Support: Assist with the administration of the Digital Engineering programme, providing support for department-wide initiatives as needed.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, with a strong understanding of digital transformation and change management.
- Ability to guide stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in risk identification and management.
- Skilled in project planning, resource management, and task scheduling.
