THE ROLE:
The Senior Business Development Executive’s duties will include:
- Looking for and evaluating investment opportunities for the Steel Business Unit
- Evaluate the target company's market position, competition, and growth prospects
- Negotiate the terms of the shareholders’ agreements
- Identify department operational improvement opportunities
- Look into due diligence on investment opportunities
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Business Development Executive within a professional services environment
- Experience within energy or steel/metal
- Experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions
- IT due diligence/PMI experience for investment preferred
- Proven skills in managing the preparation of analysis, advice, and recommendations
