Jon Title: Operations Executive
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus & Car/Car Allowance
Location: North Midlands
Sector: Timber Treatment
Are you an experienced professional within the timber treatments sector?
Would you enjoy working for the largest dedicated treatment provider in the UK?
Due to an internal promotion, we have been exclusively appointed to speak to experienced professionals within the timber treatment sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisations internal structure runs smoothly to make sure that deadlines are met consistently and that there is an efficient working environment to achieve these deadlines.
As a Operations Executive you will:
- Work as part of the senior management team to set goals to ensure company growth is met
- Identify new opportunities at existing plants or new plants
- Oversee treatment centres across the UK
- Promote & champion a continuous improvement culture
- Prepare budgets & schedules
- Enforce safety within the workplace & ensuring H&S manuals are kept up to date
We would welcome conversations with Operations Executives who:
- Have a background in timber treatments (other products considered also)
- Who are strong communicators across all levels
- Can manage multiple sites across the UK
- Possess knowledge of different legislation's - COSHH & IDD
- Hold an understanding of how production facilities work, specifically health and safety
- Are willing to travel to different plants when required
