Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client, a Legal 500 with multiple offices across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
This is a senior position where you will manage a mixed caseload and take on new development work. The team are a mix of paralegal and fee earners, and you will support the Head of Department on complex matters, team leadership and financial growth.
This is a non-contentious role in real estate sales, working with clients who are building their commercial property portfolios and considering investments and linking these to pensions and retirement options. The position will incorporate all aspects of commercial property acquisition and disposal, as well as contract negotiations and planning agreements.
Communication skills are highly important, as we are seeking someone who is engaging and enjoys building relationships with clients, getting to understand their business in-depth and working to achieve smooth transactions, in a timely manner and with transparent costs.
