Position: Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester
Type of Role: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum + great bonus structure
Hours: Full-time hours, ideally Monday to Saturday with Sunday and a day in the week off (negotiable). Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Introduction:

They are seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians/MOT Testers to join their team in a new, state-of-the-art 'qube' centre in Lincoln.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and qualifications, as well as excellent communication and customer service abilities. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality service, convenience, and value to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle servicing, MOT testing, and repairs to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to the overall success of the centre through teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive service and/or MOT testing (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
