Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trust Solicitor to join their busy Wills, Trusts and Probate team in Hertfordshire.

Position Overview
As a Trust Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, working on complex and high-value matters. This role offers excellent career progression prospects, with hands-on training and support provided by the experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of trust matters, providing expert advice to clients
  • Draft and review trust documents, ensuring legal compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with ideally 10+ years PQE in trusts
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Flexible, cooperative, and willing attitude
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools
